We totally understand when our customers suddenly decide to change their mind on a product, we get it. 

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return within 14 days of delivery in exchange for a dnio.co.uk credit or a refund to the original payment method.  

Our return process as follows: 

1. Send us an email with the problem first to info@dnio.co.uk, this allows us to investigate the issue first with a first time resolution you MUST Include the word 'return and your order number in the subject of the email. 

2. Depending on the outcome of the review we will advise on the return process.  

3. Allow 2-5 working days from receiving your return for the team to process your refund if it meets the criteria below. 

Criteria: 

  1. All things must be brand-new, unused due to regulations for hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
  2. If you have any indication of usage, please note that we will not accept your refund and will inform you beforehand.
  3. The customer is responsible for returning the item in good, safe condition; postal fees are to be paid by the customer.
